Service Description

Many well-intentioned innovations fail because the timing was wrong, the product wasn't well developed and one or more factors were not fully considered. Through this course participants gain an understanding of what innovation is and how innovators can increase the probability of success of their innovations. Participants are acquainted with best practices in ideation and building a Minimum Viable Product, Intellectual Property Management, leading an innovation team, business model generation, and take-to-market strategies.

Cancellation Policy

An administration fee of 50% is charged on cancellations up to 3 days before the event. An administration fee of 100% is charged on cancellations 2 days or less before the event.
